ExhibitionHub - Seven Wonders App

Brought in first as a UX Researcher to analyse competitor apps and identify feature gaps, then to design the app itself.
I identified a gap in accessibility strategy and proposed a cognitive-friendly navigation mode, which was approved and became core to the app's structure. Delivered through research, feature definition and lo-to-mid fidelity wireframes.

Wilford - Luxury Brand Market Research

Built the research function from scratch, no existing client data or scoring model to work from. Researched and analysed 400+ luxury fashion and jewellery brands as potential clients, using market trends to identify who'd bring genuine revenue. Went beyond the brief to test-drive competitors' booking systems, surfacing errors Wilford's platform could solve.
